Stakeholder strategy

This government cultural facility was granted more than $1 billion of capital works in addition to  ongoing operational delivery.

With a highly complex stakeholder environment, they required direction for stakeholder engagement 

We developed a bespoke and pragmatic stakeholder engagement strategy and associated plans to support and coordinate the stakeholder engagement activities of this cultural institution during a period of major change. 

The tools developed are actionable and include measurable outcomes for the life of the program.

Supported by the organisation's executive team who were fully engaged in its development, the Strategy and Plans align with and reflect organisational culture.

Multi-national

Facilitation

This global telecommunications company required an increased focus on safety management, globally.

The leadership team convened key senior staff in Stockholm for a 3-day conference workshop.

This Strategy and Culture Development Session for their Global Safety Leaders was a turning point for their safety culture.

We designed and socialised the engagement agenda for this off-site.

We facilitated each session with energy and creativity;  gaining valuable inputs to the program. Outputs from the session included defining the cultural policies; rollout pattern; key messaging and safety narrative.

The program and its outcomes were fully supported by the organisation's executive team who were fully engaged in its development.
